I went to this dope all day pool party a few weeks ago at my boys’ crib/headquarters and tt was a ultimate banger! There were mad people, a couple of artists spray painting the walls with hella chill graffiti, some dude spinning fire, Oh and a Bailee Moore video shoot. If you haven’t heard of Bailee Moore, you definitely will be hearing about her soon enough. She is hip hop/pop music’s next big star. The rapper from Ohio first made headlines with a video of her going over the instrumental for “Hit Em Up” by Lil Wayne. She’s been buzzing all over the internet ever since. Her latest video was edited by Nu Films‘ very own Silas Fischer and is entitled “Halo at Home”. It has been up on Youtube for merely 24 hours and has already gained just over 6,000 views. Now the chorus in the song is a little poppy for my tastes but the rhymes and flow are overall flawless. I really enjoyed this track though because let’s face it, there has never been a hot white chick who can rap, ever. She’s different in that sense. It’s groundbreaking, really. I’d love to hear her put out a mix tape of her going over just club banging, bass heavy, trap style southern hip hop beats. Either way the girl has got an amazing voice and is destined for success. Follow her on twitter and peep the new video below.
