Dom Kennedy is hella overlooked, and extremely underrated. Dude has been in the game for a handful of mixtapes now, and his smooth style of spitting gets better each and every track. The Yellow Album is no exception, the 13 song summer time, west coast felt album seriously goes hard and with features like Kendrick Lamar, Rick Ross, and Too $hort (who is on one of my favorite songs on the album) it is good to see he is finally getting the exposure he deserves. I remember first bumping his shit freshman/ sophomore year of high school, and right away being dumbstruck by his ill flow and dope voice. Check out a couple of my favorite tracks off Dom Kennedy’s Yellow Album below, cop the free album here NOW. Lastly, Dom Kennedy just recently got a spot on the Rock The Bells set list, the line up is jaw-dropping, easily one of the best festivals of the summer.
