If you haven’t heard about the new A$AP Rocky and Lana Del Rey collab yet go no further, we got you. The track “Ridin’”was originally on The Kickdrums mixtape, Follow the Leader, until A$AP wanted the track for his debut LongLiveA$AP album and had it pulled. It’s not one of my favorite tracks he’s recently released but don’t get it twisted, it is solid song nonetheless, i just sorta find Lana’s voice kind of annoying. The two also have a video together, “National Anthem”, where A$AP takes the role of JFK and Del Rey portrays a Jackie Kennedy, Marilyn Monroe type of persona. They take the classic look of Mr. President and the First lady, except reinventing it to have retro type of swag. Pretty cool video.
