Tame Impala; the Australian native, psychedelic rock band are one of my favorite groups within the past couple of years to come out. I love the unique sounds and songs the band created on their debut album, Innerspeaker. Some of the songs sound like they were created during the Summer Of Love, while other tracks sound Neo-Psychedelia-like with the more ambient felt stuff, oh and one more thing; at times the lead singer literally sounds exactly like a young John Lennon/Paul McCartney. I was surprised when i noticed i’ve never written up on Tame Impala yet, because they are seriously awesome and different sounding, which is something we love at skoodmusic, and i have been a huge fan for a while, so it seemed odd i had not written anything about em yet. Whatever though, check out their debut album when you get the chance- you will not regret doing so. Anyway, I was stoked the other day when i came across a video of the band promoting a new album, Lonerism, with a new tune playing in the background. Not much information yet regarding the new album or new song, just some weirdly trippy visuals to correlate with the new single. Check out the video that hints at the new album below by Tame Impala.
