I came across this artist a few months ago just randomly browsing soundcloud and after hearing most of Brazil’s music I quickly became obsessed with his (or is it her) sound. It’s almost as if Daft Punk and Justice taught him (or her) how to make music. The first song I heard by Brazil is a small preview entitled “Prelude”. It’s so glitchy and awesome. It shouldn’t make sense but somehow it does. I can’t believe this dude has only 52 likes on Facebook? Am I the only one who thinks he should have at least a few hundred thousand or a million? Well, anyway, here is his first video. It’s a Hot Chip Remix entitled (Brazil Dystopia Remix). The definition of dystopia is: “a society characterized by human misery, as squalor, oppression,disease, and overcrowding.” You can clearly see why it’s called that in the video. Watch below.
